The main part of the Evaporative Condenser is Ammonia circulation pipes. It requires very high quality water because if a small layer of scale is formed on the outside of the ammonia pipe, the ammonia’s discharge presser will increase directly affecting the power load. To ensure the long-term efficient operation of the evaporative condenser and to also avoid scaling, the Kashyap K25 was bundled with evaporative condenser system.

This picture was taken 3 months after installing the Kashyap K25. The evaporative condenser system has no scale deposits; only environmental dust particles.

Since the Kashyap installation, the Evaporative Condenser have been scale free and there has been no need for any chemical treatment or power washing. Dust patricals are remove by normal brushing or water force.
